Chester County Running Store
Meet at Chester County Running Store and join in on a weekly evening run - not too fast, not too slow!
Beginners can arrive at 6:20 and receive instruction regarding gate, stretching, potential injuries, etc. Beginners typically run a very slow pace and complete 3-5 miles.
Advanced begins at 6:30 and run a 8min to 8.5min pace and go for about an hour.
Each week you will be led on a different route through West Chester and some of the surrounding trails.
