Congratulations Hometown Hero Harry Jamison!

Hometown Heroes Award Sponsored by Barnaby's

We are proud to present our first Hometown Hero award to Harry Jamison!

Harry Jamison is a lifelong West Chester resident, 92-years-old, a World War II POW and three-time cancer survivor. Harry owned and operated an ole fashion ice cream shop, Jamison's Dairy Bar, for 40 years located near Sharpless and South Bradford.

We are eternally grateful for your dedication, service and inspiration to the West Chester Community!

A full length video of Harry telling his story will be available shortly

We honored Harry last Friday, Veteran's Day, at Barnaby's, our Hometown Heroes sponsor. Mayor Carolyn Comitta joined us as we present Harry with our inaugural Hometown Hero Award. Frank Herron, Barnaby's owner, had specials to honor Harry, all of our soldiers and our community. Thanks Frank!
