Saturday Night Lights at the Y - Kids in grades 4 to 12 can play hoops, swim or just hang out with friends on Saturday nights at the Y! The West Chester Y is open every Saturday night from 7:00 pm to 10:00. Kids are supervised by Y staff and hang out in age-appropriate groups. Parent permission required.
Walk a Mile in their Shoes 5k in Downingtown - Grace Church - From 8:30 am to 12:00 am
Fall Foliage Express with the West Chester Railroad- Enjoy the changing leaves and scenery of autumn aboard the Fall Foliage Express. Depart from the Market Street Station for a 90 minute trip. Two trip times: 12:00 and 2:00 (Read Staff member Courtney Conigliaro blog about her Train Ride!)

West Chester received its first sidewalks, made of brick. The brick sidewalks boast 188 years of twisted ankles and broken heals. A tradition that continues to this day.
